These are most of the girls in my Mia Maid class. They are all so awesome and unique in there own ways. They are so cute and I feel honored to be part of there lives. I have been the Mia Maid advisor for two years now. I can't believe it has been that long! I love my calling and have learned so much from the girls as well as the other leaders that I get to work with.
The truth is that it's not really about this stuff at all. It's about the evidence of living, the proof that I was here: thought some thoughts, lived some life. These bits are simply meant to jog the memory into remembering-- and remembering is perhaps the best way to recycle

- I am a single mom to the cutest six year old girl around. I work with teenage girl at a private residential treatment center. My job makes me laugh, cry and shake my head in amazement. There is hardly a dull moment around here. I am happiest when surrounded by the people I love. Have fun reading about all the ups and downs along my journey.
About Ava
Ava is 6 and definitely has a mind of her own. She loves Kindergarten, playing with her American Girl Dolls, coloring, painting, and playing with her cousins. She is my little companion and always keeps me on my toes. I know all Moms say this, but I can't believe how quickly she is growing up!

They look like they are so much fun. Mia Maids are such a hard two year in the life of a Young Woman. It takes a pretty special advisor.
Beautiful girls. I remember most of them from when I lived in that ward. They are Becca's age! She is the oldest active YW in our ward, and they rely on her for much leadership. She is a special girl. These girls are so lucky to have you for an adviser!
