In February I decided it was finally time to shed a few pounds. Katie inspired my to join weight watchers online with her. I love it! It has totally worked for me, along with working out. I started with swimming and was going at least 3 times a week. I had forgotten how much I love to swim! It has been such a great way for me to relieve stress and get in shape! I think it would be safe to say that I am in the best shape of my life! As of Monday I have officially lost 20 pounds! My goal was 25 so I have a few more weeks until my end goal is accomplished!

Wow, Julie! You look sensational! Way to go. I am so proud of you. I know how hard it is. :o) Right now, I am quite stuck. I know it will take a jump and get going again, but I don't like being stuck!

WOW!! AmAZING! Seriously. FABULOSO!!! I keep saying, HA that when I feel some sense of order and I know that is an excuse. My plate is SO figuritively full that when I get home I lay down and I don't remember ANYTHING. I know and remember when I worked out that it would relieve all that inside of me. It is the getting started that usually keeps most or all of us from loosing weight. Once I do I am ok. Don't know what my problem is. I figure right now my mental and emotional exercises that I am doing are more important and hopefully the physical will follow. I know that are all connected too. YICKS! YOU LOOK FANTASTIC! Guys will now officially have to be legally BLIND to not see you! =) Gorgeous person inside and out. You are taking such great care of yourself and it shows. I see it in your eyes. I hope that you are proud of yourself. That is the most important !!! The rest is added validation. Keep it up friend. We need to make a night out run for reals to a healthy place ;) I have lost half of my numbers. Email or give me a ring a ding ding if you still have my digits. Take care.

Julie you look wonderful! I have learned a great deal of good from Weight Watchers. I need to do better at writing down what I eat. That is so important for me.

I wish I lived closer to you and Katie, cuz I would love to swim too. I have found some running buddies and it definitely helps to have someone to exercise with.
